Coordinates of 3D Graphics
Date : 2023-04-10
Description
The IDL documentation provides insightful details on an efficient way to represent points in a 3D-space. Points in xyz space are expressed by vectors of homogeneous coordinates. These vectors are translated, rotated, scaled, and projected onto the two-dimensional drawing surface by multiplying them by transformation matrices.
